ABC Won Silver Award in the First World Vocational College Skills Competition

The first World Vocational College Skills Competition in Cross-border E-commerce competition came to an end on August 13. Zhao Ru, majoring in cross-border E-commerce from the School of E-commerce of our college, and Chen Min, majoring in International Economics and Trade from the School of International Business and Tourism, together with Mintra Yormin and Kanyarat Singsut, Thai students majoring in e-commerce of our college, won the silver Award under the guidance of Mr Zhao Baoshan and Mz Xue Chenjie.

The competition, the first of its kind in China for international vocational schools, was jointly initiated by 35 organizers, including the Ministry of Education and the National Development and Reform Commission. Cross-border e-commerce competition brought together 11 teams from 10 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, 44 contestants, of which 9 teams were the top nine in the national professional skills Competition last year, and the competition was fierce. The competition takes the form of 0.5+0.5 hand in hand mixed Chinese and foreign formation, adopts the way of live + live broadcast, and is carried out simultaneously according to the position role.

The competition is held in the form of online + recording and broadcasting. The competition includes four modules and five tasks of cross-border e-commerce export visual design, export data operation, export live broadcast operation, import customs clearance design and import tax planning, and examines the comprehensive skills of cross-border e-commerce imports. To realize the comprehensive test of students professional quality, core skills and team ability in innovation, coordination, organization and communication in cross-border e-commerce positions.

During the preparation and competition, Mr Li Zhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and president of the college, Mr Zheng Chengzhi, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the college, Mr Huang Yibing, director of the Academic Affairs Office, and leaders of the School of E-commerce were present many times to encourage the contestants and offer cordial condolences. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the competition, the relevant leaders and staff of the college attach great importance to it, and give strong support from equipment acquisition, environmental debugging, network connection, logistics arrangements, and technical support.

The excellent results of this cross-border e-commerce competition show the teaching achievements of our schools cross-border e-commerce major, promote the construction of cross-border e-commerce teaching system and the construction of cross-border e-commerce industry reserve talent team, and lay a solid foundation for accelerating the construction of our schools double high Plan project.
